Completare fluturas înscriere
- Descarcati fisierul pdf.
- Odata descarcat, fluturasul poate fi completat direct pe computer. Dupa completare salvati-l cu numele dvs si trimiteti-l în atasat pe email (gabrielacreanga@yahoo.it)
- Fluturasul poate fi imprimat pe hartie, completat holograf, apoi scanat sau fotografiat si trimis pe adresa de email de mai sus, pe whatsapp sau viber
